Truist have recently launched a national campaign supporting the re-opening of small businesses. Sam the dog encourages us to think about the contributions that small businesses make to our communities whilst shining a light on the many companies that are reopening and the role of Truist in the rebuilding of American communities.
Produced in partnership with The Malloys at Superprime and edited by Tim Thornton-Allan. Executive creative director Tyler DeAngelo at StrawberryFrog, says: “There is a group of people living among us who literally help our communities thrive. So we’re telling an upbeat story with a nice twist that leaves people with a smile on their face. We are celebrating the excitement of small businesses starting up again, using Sam, the dog, who represents all of us."
The shoot was in Atlanta so Tim and his assistant Chris both took live feeds from the camera and this way they were able to live edit remotely without physically being on set. The directors, agency and clients all communicated with Tim directly using zoom.
